Terms of Use

Effective date: June 13, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Socila, an AI social media management and marketing workflow platform. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Service

You may use the service to manage workspaces, create content drafts, connect social media accounts, schedule posts, publish approved content, manage media, and use AI-assisted marketing tools. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Connected Social Accounts

When you connect Facebook Pages or other social accounts, you confirm that you have the required rights and permissions to manage those accounts. You are responsible for complying with each social platform's terms, policies, API rules, content rules, and permission requirements.

Content Responsibility

You are responsible for all prompts, drafts, media, posts, campaigns, comments, and other content created, uploaded, approved, scheduled, or published through the service. You must not use the service to create or distribute unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, harmful, spammy, or unauthorized content.

AI-Generated Content

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before using, scheduling, or publishing it. The service is designed to support human review before publishing.

Prohibited Uses

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, scrape or copy protected content unlawfully, violate privacy rights, impersonate others, bypass rate limits, or use connected APIs in a way that violates provider policies.

Plans, Billing, and Access

Features may depend on your plan, credits, limits, workspace role, and connected provider availability. We may modify available features, limits, pricing, or access rules when necessary for security, compliance, operational, or product reasons.

Third-Party Services

The service may integrate with third-party providers such as social networks, payment gateways, AI providers, storage providers, and analytics tools. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, API changes, account restrictions, or data handling outside our control.

Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service when needed.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Socila will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service, connected accounts, generated content, or third-party integrations.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create security risk, or use the service in a way that may harm users, third parties, platforms, or our systems.
