When you connect a social media account, including Facebook Pages, we may receive data authorized by you through the relevant platform. For Facebook, this may include your public profile information, the list of Pages you manage, Page identifiers, Page names, Page access tokens, Page engagement metadata, and permissions such as pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, and pages_manage_posts.

How We Use Information

We use your information to provide authentication, workspace management, AI content generation, media management, scheduling, publishing, analytics, support, security monitoring, and account administration. Social platform data is used only to connect accounts, display available Pages, create or manage content you approve, and support publishing workflows that you initiate.

AI and Content Processing

Prompts, business context, drafts, generated captions, and related metadata may be processed to provide AI-assisted content features. AI-generated outputs are stored so you can review, reuse, improve, and audit content. We do not authorize autonomous publishing without user approval in the product workflow.

You may update your profile, disconnect social accounts, delete stored files or drafts where the product allows it, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting us.
